Throughout these Terms, “Legacy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Realcoach Rory Ltd trading as Legacy.
These Terms apply to Legacy Blueprint, Legacy Advance and any related coaching, education, events, digital content, community access or support we provide.
Acceptance of These Terms
The Programmes
Legacy Blueprint
Legacy Blueprint is a six-month group coaching and education programme for fathers. It may include Field Manuals, workbooks, group coaching, Q&As, community access, HQ access, Trainerize-based training and nutrition support, challenges, habits, tracking and related resources. The exact content, schedule and delivery format are described on the sales page and in your order confirmation.
Legacy Advance
Legacy Advance is a six-month private coaching programme.
It includes the Legacy Blueprint experience alongside tailored strategy, private coaching, direct support, senior coaching input and specialist therapeutic support where included in your agreed package.
The exact scope of your Advance support, including private calls, coaching access, therapy support and delivery arrangements, will be confirmed before or at enrolment.
Legacy Advance is not a medical, therapeutic, psychiatric, legal or financial service.
Programme Term
Blueprint
Blueprint runs for six calendar months from the cohort start date stated in your order confirmation or onboarding communication.
The three-payment option covers the full six-month programme commitment. It is not a monthly subscription and does not end after payment three.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to live coaching, community spaces, HQ, Trainerize, training plans, nutrition support, coaching support and programme delivery ends at the conclusion of the six month term.
Advance
Advance runs for six calendar months from the date confirmed in your order confirmation or onboarding communication.
Advance includes Blueprint access while you remain actively enrolled in Advance.
Any right to participate in future Blueprint cohorts applies only while you are actively enrolled in Advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Lifetime Access
Where Advance includes “lifetime access”, this means a personal licence to access the following core digital assets:
- The six Legacy Field Manuals; and
- The six accompanying Blueprint workbooks.
It does not mean permanent access to Trainerize, HQ, live coaching, private coaching, community spaces, nutrition plans, training plans, future Blueprint cohorts, Brotherhood, therapist support, calls, replays or any third-party platform.
We may update, replace, move or retire digital assets over time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to the core assets, but do not guarantee permanent availability of any third-party platform or specific technical format.
Pricing and Payment Plans
The price, currency, payment schedule and payment method for your programme will be shown at checkout, in your payment link, invoice or order confirmation.
- Where you choose a payment plan:
- You are committing to the full programme price, not only the instalments paid to date. •
- You must make every instalment on its due date.
- Your payment obligations continue whether or not you attend calls, use the app, complete the work or engage with the community.
- A failed, late or disputed payment may result in paused access while the issue is resolved. •
- We may take reasonable steps to recover overdue payments, including reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.
You must ensure that your payment details remain valid throughout the programme term.
Blueprint-to-Advance Upgrades
If you are enrolled in Blueprint and accepted into Advance, we may credit amounts already paid towards your current Blueprint enrolment against your Advance investment.
Any credit:
- Applies only to payments actually received by us;
- Is not cash refundable;
- Is not transferable;
- Will be confirmed in writing before you enrol in Advance.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Statutory cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Where you ask us to begin providing services during that cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided before cancellation.
Where you request immediate access to digital content, such as Field Manuals, workbooks, HQ content or programme resources, you may lose your right to cancel that digital content once you have given the required consent and acknowledgement at checkout.
After the cancellation period
After any applicable cancellation period has expired, programme fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may stop participating at any time, but this does not cancel the remaining financial commitment for your chosen programme.
We do not guarantee deferrals, pauses, transfers or credits. We may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion, but any exception must be confirmed by us in writing.
If we fail to deliver the service
If Legacy fails to provide services with reasonable care and skill, or fails to provide material elements of the programme as described, you may have legal remedies. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and honest information; •
- Participate responsibly and use your own judgement; •
- Follow reasonable programme, community and safety guidance; •
- Inform us of relevant injuries, health conditions, medication, limitations or changes that may affect your participation;
- Seek advice from a qualified medical professional where appropriate;
- Maintain respectful conduct toward staff and other members;
- Keep your account details secure;
- Not share internal materials, access links, calls, group content or programme resources with anyone else.
You are responsible for your own decisions, implementation, health, wellbeing, behaviour and results.
Health, Training and Safety
Legacy provides coaching and education. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical, psychological, psychiatric or relationship conditions.
Training, nutrition, habit and lifestyle information is general coaching support and is not a substitute for medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic or dietetic advice.
You must stop exercise and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience symptoms that concern you, including chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, fainting, injury or any other unexpected physical response.
You should seek medical clearance before starting or changing exercise, nutrition or lifestyle practices where you have a health condition, injury, medication issue, history of disordered eating, or any other reason that makes professional advice appropriate.
Legacy is not an emergency service. If you are at immediate risk of harm, or believe someone else is at risk, contact local emergency services, a crisis service or an appropriately qualified professional.
Therapy Support
Where specialist therapeutic support is offered through Advance, the therapist is an independent practitioner.
The therapist’s own agreement, confidentiality terms and privacy policy apply to therapeutic services. 4
Legacy coaches do not receive therapy notes, clinical records or private therapy-session information unless you personally choose to share information with them.
Therapy support is not an emergency or crisis service.
Direct Access and Coaching Boundaries
Any direct access to Rory or the coaching team is for coaching support only.
It does not mean 24-hour availability, immediate replies, emergency support, legal advice, clinical advice or unlimited access.
We may set reasonable boundaries around contact methods, response times, frequency of communication and use of private support channels.
Community Conduct
You agree to:
- Harass, intimidate, shame, threaten or abuse another person; •
- Share another member’s personal information, stories or messages outside Legacy;
- Promote unrelated products, services or offers without permission;
- Upload unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or harmful content;
- Use the community to provide medical, therapeutic, legal or financial advice to other members; •
- Attempt to recruit Legacy members into another programme, service or community.
We may suspend or remove access where conduct is harmful, abusive, disruptive or inconsistent with these Terms.
Removal for a serious breach does not remove your responsibility to pay outstanding programme fees, unless required by law
Confidentiality
We will treat information you share in coaching with appropriate care and confidentiality, subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, legal obligations and safeguarding concerns.
You must also treat the information shared by Legacy staff and other members as confidential.
Group spaces cannot be treated as fully private. Other members may see or hear what you share. We cannot guarantee the actions of other participants, although we expect all members to follow the community rules.
Testimonials, Progress Photos and Client Stories
We will not use your name, image, progress photos, transformation photos, message screenshots, testimonial or personal story for marketing without your separate consent.
You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal will apply to future use where reasonably possible, but may not remove material already printed, published, downloaded, embedded in historical content or used in paid advertising that has already run.
Intellectual Property
All Legacy content remains our property or the property of our licensors.
This includes Field Manuals, workbooks, training plans, nutrition resources, videos, calls, replays, frameworks, designs, branding, audio, documents, systems, processes and community content.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the materials for your own personal development during the access period stated in these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, share, distribute, publish, modify, teach, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Legacy materials without our written permission.
Changes to the Programme
We may make reasonable changes to programme content, schedules, coaches, calls, platforms, delivery methods or resources where needed to improve delivery, deal with availability, respond to technical issues or meet legal and operational requirements.
We will not make a material change that substantially reduces the core service you purchased without a valid reason.
Where a material change is necessary, we will give reasonable notice and explain the impact.
Technical Access and Third-Party Platforms
You are responsible for having suitable internet access, devices and software to access Legacy services.
We use third-party platforms including Trainerize, Zoom, Calendly, Stripe, Typeform and other operational tools. We are not responsible for outages, technical faults or changes caused by those third parties, but will take reasonable steps to restore or replace access where possible.
Temporary technical issues do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where:
- Payments are overdue;
- You materially breach these Terms;
- Your conduct is abusive, unsafe, harmful or disruptive;
- You misuse programme materials or access;
Continuing the relationship would create a safeguarding, legal or serious operational concern. 6
Where reasonable, we will tell you why access has been suspended or terminated and what steps may be required to resolve the issue.
Termination by us does not affect rights and obligations that have already arisen, including any payment obligations, except where required by law.
Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or negligence. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, are caused by your own actions or omissions, arise from information you have withheld, or relate to business use where the programme was purchased as a consumer service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By joining a programme, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
Complaints
If you have a concern or complaint, contact us first at realcoachrory@gmail.com.
We will aim to respond within a reasonable period and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live outside England and Wales, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes those mandatory rights.
General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation where this does not materially affect your rights.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. 7
These Terms, your order confirmation, payment plan and applicable programme description form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your programme.
