BLUEPRINT

A 6 MONTH LEADERSHIP SYSTEM FOR WORKING FATHERS AROUND THE WORLD WHO REFUSE TO DRIFT.

For first access to the next live masterclass and enrolment window. Cohort spaces are limited.

FATHERHOOD

You pay the bills, but do you pay attention. You give work your best, and your family gets what’s left. Tired, short, distracted. Avoiding the hard conversations. Overweight and watching your health slide.

The universe does not reward a father’s intention.
It responds to what a father repeats

These actions will be your legacy.

Blueprint guides you through six core Field Manuals.

HOW BLUEPRINT WORKS

Blueprint is a structured operating system for the man, the body, the marriage, the home and the legacy you are building.

Each month follows a clear rhythm:

REAL BLUEPRINT CLIENT OUTCOMES

Thanks, my wife and I were talking this AM about diet and how wild a difference it makes...I'm probably eating twice as much now as I was before and its definitely showing in terms of solid sleep, wayyyyyyyyy less chronic pain and energy is coming up.

Justin L.

Thanks guys to provide this program, to teach me lessons i can directly use in my life... this actually isnt only 15kg wheightloss, this is more as 10 years ago i even was at this wheight. I have some kg's to go but this feels amazing already!

Filip F.

Guys I just wanted to reiterate how good this has been for me - been a tough couple of weeks but has been so good to grind out a few workouts and make sure I'm doing something.

Thank you

Matthew M.

One thing I will say is that having this outlet and regime structure has helped me massively in terms of my mental clarity, I'm feeling so much more positive and seeing situations better rather than having that red mist descend and blowing my top! Feel like it's having a positive impact on the family too!

Thomas Richardson

I will be V busy tomorrow travelling, so wanted to say my win, hit a new weight low.. 91.6kg down from 105kg had a mentally draining few weeks / months and it’s amazing what a great pre work out that can be, chest feeling hard, back feeling good as with legs and arms.. sub 20% body fat now (apparently) so amongst my chaos body’s feeling good 😂 Hope everyone’s had a great week 💪🏽

Richard Livingstone

Having a real shit week (really sick and unable to train) but wanted to share that entering the program has had quite an effect on other areas of my life. I’ve felt stuck for a couple of years as I watched the weight go on and was exhausted from being a new Dad. Haven’t really felt motivated or had any confidence. Only a month into the program but feel confident enough to make a career change to something that supports the family better and gives me more freedom to focus on what matters to me. Only be floating the idea in the community and already have 3 offers that are definite steps up. Wanted to share to encourage as the program truly helps focus on all areas of our lives!

Thomas Richardson

“Man I literally already feel 100x better just from responsible eating (for the most part) and moving at the gym and I’m technically still just ‘dabbling’ in this program targeting a formal START on Monday. Crazy……❤️”

Legacy member

My Friday nights have changed 📈💪💯 Still chipping away at the stubborn fat but feeling fantastic and loving the process..can’t thank you guys enough 😁

Tom Brooks

Hey Team, Just a little reflection on accountability. After sleeping only 4.5 hours last night, I got up at 5:30 without hesitation, put together a breakfast making sure to hit the proteins. Out of the house at 6:30, an hour’s drive before an 8-hour workday with a 30-minute break and a meal prepped in advance, a full upper body session during which I felt capable of so much more than the week before, and an hour’s drive back with just enough time to pick up my son from day care. The Andrea from 2 weeks ago would have definitely given up at the “alarm went off, let me snooze it” stage. I’m already saying thank you, because yes I can see the progress (with a lot of humility) in the mirror, but I can also see it in my head. Even my wife told me she didn’t expect this level of discipline from me! As Goggins said: “Received Orders Given, Expect Results” ✊

Andrea Magada

Im usually pretty critical of my own efforts, but I think 9 (90%) is actually pretty fair - aside from the few days I was on vacation and even then things balanced a little but with triple the average steps and day in the gym, I didn't miss any of the lifts, nutrition was dialed in, and habits started to become just part of the day. For February, focusing on better integrating the program with everything else during the day - getting my steps up during the day so I'm not taking that time away from family / wife at night. Focusing on better habits late at night so my sleep is better. After 1 month down, my expectations have been way surpassed. I didn't know I could feel this good after just 4 weeks.

Marc Hartwell

Just want to say mate thank you for everything. 1 year ago I was well on my way to self destruction. Today I feel bloody phenomenal and feel like I've 'found myself again. Loved every moment and every session

Legacy member

New baby. Busy life. Told myself I was "fine." Truth is, I got comfortable. No excuses. Just work to do. I've been quiet, but I'm back. Holding myself accountable and getting stuck in again. Let's fucking do this!

Legacy member

Yes the best part though is after one workout I'm looking forward to the next one. I know I can do this and my wife has been proud that I'm getting out of my comfort zone to do this not just for our family but for myself. Really glad you reached out to me get this started!

Adam Jones

I keep hitting my workouts regardless of how I feel. That's been huge for me lately. I also, even though I broke my diet during some Thanksgiving meals, been able to push the plate away and keep my calories down. The biggest win for me and something I haven't seen on the scale in a decade or more is under 185lbs. Feeling great!

Robert Huot

Wife told me last night | was getting back to the person I was when she met me, good little motivation injection!

Tim McKenzie

Huge love from me to you guys. I cannot express to you how much this program has started to change my life. I know I have a ton of work to do but l've never gotten this far until you guys showed up. Merry Christmas to you. Thank you 1000x. Cannot wait for next year to start and continue to do this work.

Tyler Bixler

Man you guys are changing my life and I can't thank you enough or give you enough credit. You've made me believe that I'm going to be successful which is something I've never felt before. I wish I could put my finger on why this is working but all I can see is that I'm compelled to stick with it and do the work. I said before and I'll say again you've lit a fire in me and I really do believe in it.

Legacy member

It's been great, for the first time in my life I have gotten almost two weeks without binging at all and most importantly enjoying the exercises. I've lost almost 1.6 kilos; and my body is changing a lot which keeps me very exited.

Legacy member

Thank you for being checking on me, I'm loving the app; the exercise routine and food menu, I'm learning a lot! And achieving my goals, even though it's complicated in the holidays. But I'm glad I started in the middle of the storm hahah.

Legacy member

Thanks, my wife and | were talking this AM about diet and how wild a difference it makes..I'm probably eating twice as much now as I was before and its definitely showing in terms of solid sleep, wayyyyyyyyy less chronic pain and energy is coming up.

Justin Lord

Following a great chat with Ravi the other day I've taken a step back and realised how far l've cone since joining you guys both physically and mentally thanks.

Tom Brooks
Amazing what the right foods and water and bit of exercise does for you thank you for being there and holding with the accountability. Your absolute god sends!! So happy with this program full of ups and downs but that's part of the
Down 15 Ibs in less than 3 months, gentlemen. No alcohol in 55 days. Feeling great! If you're just getting started, keep moving forward!
As you know, I was sceptical when we first spoke! I now trust this process more and more! I would have thought you were bs'ing me if you'd have said I'd be here after 5-6 weeks!!! So glad I took the plunge & finally made a change. Hope you are having a great weekend!
Owain Davies
Just wanted also to say thanks for the support the last 3/4 weeks, I'm seeing such a difference in all aspects of life - dealing with stress better in work and im a lot more productive, buckets more energy, more present with my Fiancee and daughter, and the bonus is seeing the positive physical changes! I have the bit between my teeth now, ready for the next phase of training.
I'm all good - training wise week has been good I'm loving the new program and the change up in pace! Owen sent his old garmin over to me landed yesterday - Chap is an absolute hero! My step count had been all over the place since my fitbit brole down and its funny how much I relied seeing the steps on my wrist to motivate me to move more. Stress levels are high at the minute with plans for the wedding in June, family dynamics, financial stress and all that comes with it 8 The training is keeping me grounded though, I would have went down a rabbit hole of drinking too much alcohol and eating shite in the past to deal with stress. My mindset has changed so much recently and I'm dealing with it so much better. Knowing I have support in the background from yourself and Rory and Matt also is such a massive factor and I thank all of you! Even the gesture of Owen sending the Garmin meant so much, I know I'm part of an unbelievable community here.
Friday win: getting through another intense work week, still making time for my son and wife. Managing not to default to old settings of binging or reckless eating when the clock is running out. Passively observing and appreciating the motivation and accountability in community with you fellas.
Josh Shymko
Two and a half weeks in and I went down a notch in my belt loop l've had for years. These dad hips are beginning to erase away
Brent Hasko
Fri Win. Ran my 10k PB last week and beat it again this week by 3 minutes! Stepped up my half marathon training and ran 12k for the first time.
Paul Rymer
I almost need to get a new belt already mate it's wild !
Matthew Williams
Again lads, love the programme and respect the community you're building, keep up the good work!!
I ran on a treadmill flat night for the first time in years and years (maybe 10-15). I almost teared up when thinking about what was happening in the moment. It was a jog and I almost cramped in both calves and it only lasted 2 minutes in 2 separate stints but | was freaking RUNNING man! The mental side of this battle we're facing is so so real and every now and then it comes tearing through my head as I think about what we're doing. For whoever could use some encouragement this morning - stick with it. This program works and it's one of the greatest gifts you're gonna give yourself if you recommit to the end goal every day.
I did a 10 mile run for the first time in my life this week. Just felt like I needed to find limits to push. It's so liberating to dig in and break down a wall.
Nic Williams
Friday win was my wife telling me how proud she is of me for sticking with this and that she definitely sees a change.
Mike B
So recently for thoughtful thursday I said that something holding me back baby fear of being judged was lack of BJJ competition. This year (past 12 weeks specifically) has been a period of immense growth and discomfort, so I have decided to do what I said id do. Less talk more action. Booked a competition for middle of September. Time to put the new performance ability into action, let's get strong
Daryl Taylor
In all seriousness I'm very content right now and it's because of the program, I had an idea of what to expect, but it was much better than that.
Matty / Gareth / Rory - just wanted you to know that this morning I crushed my Army physical assessment. I deadlifted over 300 pounds, dia 50 hand release push ups, a 3 minute plank and ran 2 miles in 14:33. I couldn't have done any of that without this program. Seriously best score and performance l've had in about 10 years. My favorite part was passing men that were 15 years younger than me. Felt good how far we've come. And here's the kicker - I am actually looking forward to going to the gym tonight. Gotta keep digging in. Just know I'm eternally grateful for all your help.
Sean Donahoe
Thanks again for all the help getting me where I am today.
Josh Crist
Like I said on the podcast, the journey has been life changing & has helped me through an incredibly stressful time, but more importantly, how to cope with everything life throws at us . I would like to say a huge thank you to yourself & the team for all the support
By the way, I meant to say how crazy it is that trousers that | stopped wearing 5 years ago ( because I thought my wife shrunk them I'm the wash) are too loose! And what I was wearing 3 months ago is waaayyy too big now!! Super happy guys! So thanks a lot!
I just wanted to send you a message Rory. I can't thank you enough I thought my life was going down the toilet and I know we're only just getting started on this journey together but I can't tell you how much better I feel. My wife has even commented on how I seem happier and less stressed. Thank you for everything you do for the men and dads you work with. I'm very excited to be a part of the team and change my life so I can change my families futures. Thank you for having me.
Just want to say mate thank you for everything. 1 year ago I was well on my way to self destruction. Today I feel bloody phenomenal and feel like I've 'found myself again. Loved every moment and every session

Hey Gareth, I really appreciate the shout-out - that genuinely means a lot to me. Thank you for all the support and guidance so far. It's been a huge part of the progress l've made, not just physically but also mentally and within my family life. And I also want to say how grateful l am to be part of this community. The support, the accountability, and the overall energy here are incredible - it really makes a difference. Looking forward to what's next and continuing the journey
Julian Hämmerle
A few parting words - the 5am momentum calls with Gareth have been so critical. A weekly moment to lock in, reset, and have someone who understands the dad struggle to reflect and lock arms with - just absolute massive. Having the wife onboard and understanding the why behind joining and continuing with the program is make or break in my experience. I could not do it if she was not backing me - there have been tense moments where dinner plans and whatnot were not aligning with what I needed to adhere to the program but that became another moment to sit, think, and plan rather than emotionally react.
Mate, just wanted to say, I feel fucking great at the moment. I'm fittest I've been in years, | look great, and mentally I'm in a strong place. Just needed that routine. I ate and drank like a pig over the weekend for this wedding, but I dont feel guilty about it on bit. I'm back at the gym tomorrow and I'm genuinely looking forward it. So, thank you!
thanks guys to provide this program, to teach me lessons i can directly use in my life... this actually isnt only 15kg wheightloss, this is more as 10 years ago i even was at this wheight. I have some kg's to go but this feels amazing already !

Mid Jan- 90kg and 21.7% Body Fat Mid May- 82kg and 14% Body Fat Great work Niels this is a fantastic effort especially navigating all the work social events! We look forward to working on the next phase with you! Gareth
Team Realcoach
I remember sending you that! I also can say after several months of being out of the program the things I've learned have helped me stick with it and I feel better and better. Hiked 3 miles yesterday up a mountain and it was brutal but 35Ibs ago - I could've NEVER even thought about doing that. Thanks again.
I was looking through the transformation pictures from the guys in the group with my my son (6). Awesome work from everyone btw. He's like wow look at that dad, then asked why I don't have a 6 pack.....can't wait til he sees my progress. Have a great Sunday guys!
Brian Gaffney
Only a few weeks into the program, nailed a job interview due to some re-discovered confidence that has long been missing.
Tim McKenzie
Guys I just wanted to reiterate how good this has been for me - been a tough couple of weeks but has been so good to grind out a few workouts and make sure I'm doing something. Thank you

This week has been great for not just me starting this journey, my wife and two daughters have joined me each night to make sure | get my 12k steps, or for a run. It's been a great no-screen time and quality family time together outdoors! Can't wait to see what the next months bring.
Actually felt emotional after, I have come a long way mentally and physically! It's been great, I can't look back any longer I don't want to go back to how I was! Feeling grateful thanks team!
Kyle Donald
Feeling great, coming to the end of week four and I've dropped 20lbs! Nutrition is going strong. New program this week has kicked my ass, feels like the old conditioning programs from the rugby days.
Jamie Folan
Ravi - 1 am currently wearing clothes which haven't fit me for over a year not only do they now fit, l've got a good inch of room in the trousers. I say it a lot, but thank you so much for the support & encouragement...!!!!!
Owain Davies
Win of the week for me is my daughter who's about to be 3 recognising that I'm at the gym regularly and constantly says "Daddy's going to the gym to get his muscles" along with a new tradition started of our daily pushup challenge whilst she's on my back that we do before bed! she picks how many we do and luckily for me she only counts to 11k
Graham Brodigan
Friday win was a compliment from the Mrs when taking my progress shots, "stop breathing in" I'm not!

AFTER THE BLUEPRINT

LEGACY BROTHERHOOD

After completing Blueprint, graduates will have the option to continue inside Legacy Brotherhood for ongoing accountability, leadership calibration, community and continued access.

This is for men who have rebuilt the standard refuse to drift back.

THIS PROGRAM IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR YOU IF YOU’RE:

Looking for shortcuts, hacks or quick fixes:

If you want an easy solution, this isn’t it. This is real work, done daily.

Expecting results without showing up

Blueprint only works for men who actually implement - not for spectators

Not willing to take responsibility for your part at home

If the plan is to blame your partner, your kids, or your job for everything - you won’t grow here

Wanting comfort more than progress

This programme pushes you. Discomfort is part of the process.

Allergic to accountability

You will be seen. You will be challenged. You will be held to a higher standard.

Looking for a soft, hand-holding environment

This is about becoming dependable - not being rescued.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR MEN WHO ARE READY TO TAKE THEIR LIFE BACK.

YOU FEEL LIKE YOU’RE RUNNING ON FUMES:

Work, pressure and responsibility have been taking more than you can replace.

YOU KNOW YOU’RE NOT OPERATING AT YOUR BEST:

Your patience is shorter, your discipline is inconsistent, and you’re not showing up how you intended.

YOUR HOME FEELS THE IMPACT:

Your relationship, your kids, your energy - all being pulled by the strain you’re carrying.

YOU’RE TIRED OF TRYING TO FIX THIS ALONE

You’ve tried workouts, books, podcasts, routines… nothing sticks long enough to change anything.

YOU WANT STRUCTURE, DIRECTION & ACCOUNTABILITY:

Not vague advice. Not motivation. A real system that tells you what to do, when to do it, and why it matters.

YOU WANT TO BE A BETTER MAN FOR YOUR FAMILY:

Not perfect - just present, strong, steady and consistent.

YOU’RE READY FOR CHANGE YOU CAN FEEL

In your confidence. Your home. Your marriage. Your body. Your energy. Your leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: If I’m a real man, shouldn’t I handle my problems on my own? Isn’t joining a program like this a sign of weakness?

A lot of men feel that way because we were raised to believe “men don’t ask for help.” But that mindset traps more men than it helps. Real strength isn’t white-knuckling life on your own – it’s having the courage to confront the truth and take action. Joining Legacy Blueprint isn’t weakness. It’s ownership. It’s a decision to become a better leader, husband and father. Nothing about that is soft. It’s one of the hardest, strongest moves a man can make.

Fear of failing again is one of the biggest reasons men stay stuck. But failure isn’t the enemy – staying the same is. In this program, “failure” is just feedback. You’ll be given a structure, accountability, and coaching that keeps you moving forward even when you stumble. The only way you don’t change is by doing nothing. You’ll be supported, pushed and guided until change becomes unavoidable.

Healthy skepticism is good. There’s plenty of gimmicky nonsense online. Legacy Blueprint is not that. This isn’t theory or motivational talk – it’s discipline, leadership and real-world action. And remember: even top performers have coaches because no man sees his own blind spots. You’ll know you can trust this process not because we say so, but because you’ll feel the changes in your body, your marriage, your home and your mindset.

We’ve priced this around real working dads. Supporting your family is exactly why this investment matters. A calmer, more disciplined, more present version of you benefits everyone under your roof. This programme is built to improve your leadership, your health, your marriage and your direction — all of which directly impact your family’s stability. You’re not buying a motivational course. You’re building a stronger man for the people who rely on
you.

Legacy Blueprint is designed specifically for busy working fathers. You don’t need hours a day – you need structure. We show you exactly what to do, when to do it and how to integrate it into real life. Most men gain time because they stop wasting energy on chaos, procrastination and reactivity. This isn’t more on your plate. It’s organising the plate.

You’ve survived without coaching – but survival isn’t the goal. Thriving is. Doing it alone means relying on the same routines, patterns and blind spots that got you stuck. Coaching accelerates everything. It gives you accountability, direction and a perspective you can’t get from yourself. If doing it alone worked, you wouldn’t still feel the way you do. This program turns “trying” into actual, lasting change.

Not even close. Men reinvent themselves at every age. Midlife is often the moment a man finally stops drifting and chooses to lead with intention. Your experience actually gives you an advantage – you know what matters and what doesn’t. You absolutely can build new habits, heal old patterns, strengthen your marriage and redefine your identity. As long as you’re breathing, you can change. Legacy Blueprint helps you do it the right way.anta Lucia Mountains and peaceful Big Sur setting.

HOW MUCH LONGER WILL YOU KEEP PUTTING OFF THE MAN YOU KNOW YOU NEED TO BECOME?

You have two choices:

Option 1

KEEP DOING WHAT YOU’VE BEEN DOING.

Keep running on fumes.

Keep trying to balance work, family and your own health with no real plan.

Keep reacting to stress instead of leading through it.

Keep telling yourself you’ll “start properly next week.”

Keep hoping things will get better without anything actually changing.

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

Option 2

REBUILD YOURSELF INTO A MAN WHO LEADS HIS LIFE.

Build discipline that lasts.

Become stronger, calmer and more present at home.

Lead your marriage, not just survive it.

Raise kids who feel safe with you – not tense around you.

Create a structure that makes growth predictable, not accidental.

Live with direction, not drift.

This is the fork in the road: stay the same, or step into the man you know you can be.

Enrollment is limited.

This programme is for serious men who want to take back control of their health, their home and their legacy – permanently.
